  1. How long will it take to ship my vehicle(s)?

Shipping time is related to the distance of the shipment. In most cases, pick up will occur 1-4 business days from available-to-ship date. The delivery time after pick up is determined by distance of shipment. Estimates will be given when you book your transport, or see chart below:

  1.  What is the first available date?

Once your vehicle’s available-to-ship date is determined, the transporter will be assigned based on availability and proximity to your location and shipment needs. Your transporter will arrive for pick up 1-4 business days from your available-to-ship date.

  1. How will I know when my pick up date and time?

After a transporter is dispatched, you will receive an email with confirmation details, including date of pick up, estimated time of pick up, and the transporter’s phone number.  Your transporter will call within a couple hours of pick up to confirm.

  1. Can you guarantee a pick up/delivery date or time?

If you have shipping needs that require a guaranteed pick up or deliver date or time, we can accommodate. This will require additional coordination and a customized quote.

  1. How far in advance should I schedule my shipment?

Because we work with a large network of carriers, we do not require a specific time frame to schedule vehicle shipment.

  1. Do I have to be there for pick up and drop off?

You are not required to be present for pick up and drop off. If you cannot be there, we require that someone is present on your behalf (over the age of 18) to sign the necessary paperwork.

  1. How can I track my vehicle while it is being transported?

During business hours, your shipment can be tracked on the phone or via email. Once your vehicle is in transit, you will receive an email with confirmation details, including date and estimated time of delivery.  Your transporter will call within a couple hours of delivery to confirm.

  1. Will my vehicle(s) be insured during shipment?

Yes, we hold insurance on all of our automotive shipments. With years of experience and a reputation that backs our customer commitment, we have the experts and insight to guarantee your vehicle transfer is properly insured and completed without issue.

  1. Can I ship personal items inside my vehicle?

It is not recommended to ship personal items inside your vehicle. If you want to ship personal items inside your vehicle, special arrangements can be made. You will be required to pay more for the extra weight, and personal items are not insured during shipment.

  1. How do I pay?

A deposit will be required at the time your service is reserved. The balance can be paid with a major credit card, cash, or certified funds at the time of delivery. Otherwise, service can be paid in full at the time of booking or online.

  1. How much does it cost to ship my car?

There are a few factors that influence the cost of your auto shipment. These include vehicle size and weight, condition, type of transportation required, distance of transport, and location of pick up and drop off. These factors will determine your quote and final cost.

  1. If my needs change, can I cancel?

To cancel your service, contact our customer service team. Deposit will only be refunded if your transporter has not yet been deployed for pick up.
